  2. Siapkan 1 bh bawang bombay iris.
  3. Kamu butuh 5 sdm kecap asin jepang (me: yamasa).
  4. Kamu butuh 3 sdm mirin (me: skip).
  5. Kamu butuh 1 sdm gula pasir.
  6. Kamu butuh 1 sdm kecap manis (me: kecap SH).
  7. Kamu butuh Biji wijen gongseng secukupnya utk taburan (me: skip).
  8. Siapkan secukupnya Minyak, garam, air, merica.
